General Sponsorship Requirements
1. General Sponsorship Requirements
  • The sponsor must be a UAE resident (employed or self-employed)
  • Minimum salary requirement:
      • AED 4,000/month OR AED 3,000 + accommodation
        • Must provide proof of relationship (attested marriage/birth certificates)
        • Provide a tenancy contract (Ejari) or proof of accommodation
        • Valid Emirates ID & UAE residency visa of the sponsor
Sponsoring a Spouse
2. Sponsoring a Spouse
  • Attested marriage certificate (translated into Arabic)
  • For Muslim residents, multiple wives cannot be sponsored simultaneously
Sponsoring Children
3. Sponsoring Children
  • Male children can be sponsored up to 25 years old
  • No age limit for unmarried daughters
  • Special needs children qualify for long-term residency
Sponsoring Parents
4. Sponsoring Parents
  • Minimum salary: AED 20,000/month OR AED 19,000 + 2-bedroom accommodation
  • Must sponsor both parents unless one has passed away
  • Deposit per parent required (varies by emirate)
